摘　　要：丹皮酚是传统中药牡丹皮的有效成分,具有广泛的生物活性,如抗菌消炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤和预防心血管系统疾病等.近年来,随着对丹皮酚作用及机制研究的不断拓展和深入,对其结构修饰和改造也开展了大量的工作,合成出一系列的丹皮酚衍生物,对丹皮酚结构改造的研究现状进行了系统的综述.Paeonol,an effective component of traditional herb Cortex Moutan,has comprehensive pharmacological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,pain-relieving,anticancer and preventing cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,a great amount of work on the structure modification of paeonol was done to synthesize a series of paeonol derivatives as the study on the effect and mechanism of paeonol was increasingly intensively developed.The paper systematically reviewed the research progress on the structure modification of paeonol.
