摘  要:以乡镇为基本单元,提出了县域水环境容量核定的一般计算步骤;即:首先确定县域水陆对应关系,利用入河系数法进行污染物入河量估算,然后利用河流一维水质模型计算县域主要河流理想水环境容量,进一步地计算县域可利用水环境容量和入河削减量。作为实例,对河南省内乡县域水环境容量进行了核定,计算结果基本合理。By taking villages and towns as the basic units, a general calculation step for the verification of the water environmental capacity for a county area is put forward herein ; i.e. determining the water-land correlation of a county area and estimating the pallutant inflow volume based on the method of inflow coefficient at first, and then the ideal water environmental capacities of the main rivers within a county area is calculated with one-dimension river water quality model, furthermore, both the available water environmental capacity and the pollutant inflow reduction are calculated as well. As an actual case, the environmental capacity for county area of Neixiang County in Henan Province is verified and the result is reasonable generally.
