广东省珠三角某区社区卫生服务中心人力资源现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解基层卫生人才队伍的现状,为今后人力资源规划提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,通过社区卫生服务中心人员基本情况报表,用Excel软件进行统计,对广东省珠三角某区10所社区卫生服务中心现有人员的人数、学历、职称和所学专业等数据进行描述分析。结果该社区卫生服务中心的卫生技术人员以大专学历和本科学历为主,分别占42.8%和27.3%,研究生及博士学历者仅占1.4%和0.1%。技术职称以初级为主,占55.4%,中级职称占15.7%,高级职称为8.4%。辅助科室和医疗人员综合素质较好,得分接近,分别为6.4分和6.3分,防保人员及药剂人员综合素质较低,得分分别为5.7分和4.9分。结论该区社区卫生服务中心的人力资源现状是广东省发达地区的缩影,高层次人才稀缺,人才队伍建设仍然是今后工作的重点内容之一。OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of grassroots health works talents,and to provide basis for the human resources planning in future.METHODS By using cluster sampling and report forms about the basic information of the personnel of community health service center,by doing statistics with excel software,to describe and analyse the data of ten community health service centers in a district of delta of Guangdong province such as the number of current personnel、educational background、 positional titles and specialized subject,etc.RESULTS The educational background of the health technical personnel of community health service center in this district are major with junior college degree and university degree,is 42.8% and 27.3% respectively,postgraduate degree and doctorate degree are only 1.4% and 0.1% respectively.The technical positional titles is major with primary level in 55.4%,middle level is 15.7%,high level is 8.4%.The overall quality of assistant department and medical personnel is good,their scores are close,6.4 and 6.3 respectively,but the overall quality of prophylactic personnel and apothecary is low,the score is 5.7 and 4.9 respectively.CONCLUSIONS The current situation of human resource of community health service center in this district is the epitome of the developed district of Guangdong province;it is lack of high-level talents,talents development is still the key point of the works in future.
