摘 要:为了解乌鳢腐皮病发病原因,对具典型乌鳢腐皮病症状的病鱼显症部位的肌肉和肾脏进行了细菌分离和鉴定,并用分离菌株对乌鳢进行了人工感染和体外药物筛选试验.从病鱼显症部位肌肉和肾脏分离出8个菌株,人工感染试验证实2株为腐皮病致病菌.致病菌经鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌.体外药物筛选试验表明,诺氟沙星、庆大霉素和卡那霉素对致病菌抑菌效果最好.An experiment of isolation and identification of pathogen from snakeheads muscle and kidney infected with putrid skin disease was conducted. Also,experiments of artificial infection and medicine sensibility are conducted with isolated bacterial strains. Eight bacterial strains were isolated from snakeheads muscle and kidney,2 of which were proved to be the cause of the disease through artificial infectional experiments. The two strains were identified as Aeromonas hydrophila. External bacteriostatic experiments showed that pathogenic bacteria was extremely sensitive to norfloracin,gentamicin and kanamycin.
