摘 要:目的:建立曲安奈德中有机溶剂甲醇、乙醇、丙酮残留量的测定方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,二甲基亚砜为溶剂,柱温采用程序升温,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为250℃。结果:各待测组分完全分离,线性关系良好,检测限分别为4.01μg/mL、0.40μg/mL和0.10μg/mL,精密度RSD<3%,平均回收率96.26%~107.43%。结论:本法操作简单,结果准确可靠,可用于曲安奈德中残留溶剂的检测。To develop a headspace GC method for determination of methanol, ethanol and acetone in triamcinolone. Methods: The determination was carried oul on a DB-624 capillary column (30mm×0.53mm,3μm) with sequential increase of temperature programming, The dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was used as solvent media, with the FID detector. The temperatures of injector and detector were 200 ℃ and 250 ℃, respectively. Results: It appears a good linemily in the experimental concentration(r≥0.9991). The detector limit of triamcinolone were 4.01 1μg/mL, 0.40μg/mL, 0.10μg/mL, The RSD of precision were all less than 3.0%, The average recoveries were 96.26%- 107.43%. Conclusions: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for detection of four residual solvents in triamcinolone.
