摘 要:目的:研究银杏叶片对对乙酰氨基酚所致急性肝损伤的作用.方法:实验动物随机分为空白对照组、对乙酰氨基酚致肝损伤模型组和银杏叶片给药治疗组,银杏叶片以灌胃方式给药,对乙酰氨基酚以腹腔注射方式给药.观察银杏叶片对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及血清丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.结果:银杏叶片能显著降低血清ALT、AST的活性,也能明显降低血清MDA含量(P〈0.01)和提高肝组织SOD的活性(P〈0.01).结论:银杏叶片对小鼠药物性急性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用.Objective To study the effects of ginkgo leaves on drug induced acute liver injury. Methods Experiment animals randomly assigned into normal control group,model group of liver injury resulted by acetarninophen and the treatment group of ginkgo leaves. Ginkgo leaves via the intragastric way to give drugs, and Acetaminophen administered by intraperitoneal injection. Then observe the influence of the gingko leaves to the activity of serum ALT, AST, liver tissue SOD, and content of serum MDA. Results Gingko leaves can significantly reduce the activity of serum ALT, AST, and content of serum MDA (P 〈 0.01) but improve the activity of liver tissue SOD (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Gingko leaves has a protective effect on drug induced acute liver injury in mice.
