摘　　要：教学企业是高等职业教育探索工学结合过程中产生的实体,是以培养学生为目的、以专业为依托的微利性组织。教学企业可持续经营的关键在于专业是否满足社会经济发展的需求、教师掌握专业新技能的程度以及真实项目的经营能力。Teaching enterprise is the result of advanced vocational education exploring a Road to Combine Work with Study.It＇s a low income organization which is the aim of training the students and depending on specialty.The key to sustainable management of teaching enterprise is specialty meeting demand for social economic development;modern specialty technology required of teachers;ability to manage real projects.
