复方甘露醇与20%甘露醇治疗颅内高压症对照试验

摘　　要：目的:评价复方甘露醇注射液治疗颅内高压症的疗效及安全性。方法:选择50例颅内高压症病人,采用随机对照方法,分为复方甘露醇注射液治疗组(A组)25例(n=25)、20%甘露醇注射液治疗组(B组)25例(n=25)。分别静脉给予等量复方甘露醇或20%甘露酵,治疗时间持续1周,均需进行治疗前、后颅内压测定,每天临床症状观察,每天血糖、电解质、肾功能测定。结果:A、B两组平均颅内压下降率分别为39%±3.56%,40%±2.56%,两组用药前后比较颅内压降低均有统计学意义,而颅内压下降率两组间比较无统计学意义。A组临床综合症状疗效有效率为88.0%,B组为92.0%;电解质紊乱A组为8%,B组为44%,两组比较有统计学意义;两组间实验室检查项目(血糖、肾功能)改变无统计学意义。结论:复方甘露醇注射液和临床广泛使用的甘露醇注射液治疗颅内高压疗效相似无差异,复方甘露醇注射液更有效的保护内环境稳定,是一个安全有效的治疗颅内高压症的良药。Objective：Assessed effect and security of compound of manitol for curing intracranial hypertension. Methods：Selected 50 patients according RCT（randomized clinical trials）,divided into two groups：A group had 25 patients using compound of manitol,B group had 25 patients using 20% mannitol.The two groups cured last one week,used half-and-half medical, assaied intracranial hypertension between frond and back,observed clinical manifestation and assaied blood sugar, electrolyte, renal function every day.Results：A group of rate of decline was 39%±3.56%,B group of rate of decline was 40%a±2.56%.Rate of decline of two groups in intracranial hypertension was statistical significance between front and back of using medical,hnt it wasn＇t statistical significance between A group and B group.Clinical manifestation in effect were 88.0% and 92.0% in A and B groups.Electrolyte disturbances were 8% and 44%,it was statistical significance.lt wasn＇t statistical significance between A group and B group in blood sugar and renal function.Conclusion：Compound of manitol and 20% mannitol were similarity effect of curing intracranial hypertension in clinic.Compound of manitol preserved internal environment stabilize more than 20% mannitol. Compound of manitol was a better medical for curing intracranial hypertension in clinic.
