前列腺癌发病与基因关联的研究进展

摘　　要：近年来,越来越多的关于前列腺肿瘤病因学及发病机制研究表明,基因异常在前列腺癌的发生、发展过程中起着重要的作用。前列腺恶性肿瘤中常见的相关基因包括遗传易感性基因、肿瘤抑制基因、转移基因、转移抑制基因等。基因异常在肿瘤形成中的作用主要表现在促进肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制其凋亡,并能促进肿瘤细胞对周围及远处器官的浸润或转移。现就前列腺癌的发生、发展中主要的相关基因异常进行综述,为进一步了解前列腺癌的发病机制提供信息。In recent years,more and more studies of prostate cancer etiology and pathogenesis showed that genetic disorder plays an important role in the prostate cancer′s occurrence and development.Common prostate malignant tumor related genes include heredity susceptivity gene,tumor suppressor genemetastasis genes and metastasis suppressor genes etc.The genetic disorder influence on the forming of the tumor are mainly seen in the promotion of tumor cell proliferation,suppression of the apoptosis and promotion of the tumor cell invasion to the surrounding organs and metastasis to the distant organs.Here is to review on the related gene discorders in prostate cancer′s occurrence and development to provide information for further understanding of the pathogenesis.
