显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月期间在我院接受显微手术的46例脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料。结果 46例患者全部行显微镜下切除,17例行大部分或部分切除,术后常规行放疗及化疗。42例患者术前诊断与术后病理诊断符合,符合率91.3%。经手术治疗显效22例,占47.83%;有效率18例,39.13%;无效6例,占13.04%,治疗总有效率86.96%,无一例围术期死亡。结论显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤,损伤小,全切除率高,临床疗效好,可提高患者的生存时间,已经成为治疗脑胶质瘤的首选术式。Objective To analysis the diagnosis and clinical curative effect of brain glioma microsurgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 46 patients treated by microsurgery of brain glioma who were admitted in our hospital.Results 46 patients all received microscope resection,17 patients with bulk resection or partial resection,conventional radiotherapy or chemotherapy after surgery.The preoperative diagnosis of glioma is the same to pathological diagnosis in 42 patients（91.3%）.The excellence rate,effective rate and ineffective rate were 47.83%（22 cases）,39.13%（18 cases） and 13.04%（6 cases） respectively.There were no deaths due to surgery.Conclusion The microsurgery of glioma has better clinical results due to less damage,wide indication and high total resection rate,which has become the primary choice for treating glioma.
