摘　　要：文章阐述了图书馆传统参考咨询工作和数字化时代图书馆参考咨询工作的区别,探讨了数字化信息环境下图书馆参考咨询服务模式的多样化及未来的主流服务模式。This paper described the difference of library reference work between traditional and digital library.Then,this paper explored the diversity of library reference services model under digital information environment and the future of the mainstream service models.
