基于产业结构调整的武汉市低碳经济发展模式

摘　　要：针对武汉市当前面临传统重工业结构依旧较明显、工业成为重能耗主体、产业结构亟待调整的现状,从与武汉市签署了计量节能服务协议的65家重点能耗企业的发展现状入手,论述了武汉市低碳经济发展在产业结构调整方面取得的成绩和存在的不足,构建并分析了武汉市低碳经济发展模式路线图,从政府、企业、高校和社会4个方面给出相关建议。Low carbon economic development has achieved initial results in Wuhan,while its heavy industry structural feature is distinguish and becomes a heavier component of energy consumption.The status quo of the 65 enterprises which signed measurement of energy-saving services agreement with government in energy consumption was analyzed briefly.The achievement and shortcomings of low carbon economic development were discussed in industry structure adjustment in Wuhan.The mode of development route map was described.The government,enterprises,institutions and the community should make due contribution in this project.
