非小细胞肺癌中促红细胞生成素及其受体的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织及肺良性病变组织中促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)和促红细胞生成素受体(erythropoietin receptor,EPO-R)的表达情况及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测具有完整临床病理资料的31例未经治疗的NSCLC组织EPO/EPO-R的表达情况,以21例肺良性病变组织作为对照,分析EPO/EPO-R的表达水平与各临床病理因素的关系。结果 NSCLC组织中EPO和EPO-R的表达高于肺良性病变组织(P<0.05),但EPO/EPO-R的表达与非小细胞肺癌患者的pTNM分期、病理类型、组织分化程度及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者高表达EPO/EPO-R,提示EPO/EPO-R可能参与了肿瘤的发生过程。Objective To investigate the expression of erythropoietin（EPO） and EPO receptor（EPO-R） in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） and benign lung disease patients′ tissues,and evaluate the clinical significance combined with related clinical datum.Methods The expression of EPO and EPO-R in lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry in 31 untreated NSCLC patients with clinical datum,using tissues from 21 benign lesions as control,analyzing the expression of EPO/EPO-R and clinical pathological factors.Results The positive rate of EPO and EPO-R in NSCLC was significantly higher than those in the control（P0.05）.The result shows that the expression of EPO/EPO-R were unrelated to pTNM stage,histological type,histological grade and lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion High expression of EPO/EPO-R in NSCLC patients suggest they may be involved in tumorigenesis.
