摘 要:建国初期,随着政体的改变,文化教育的性质也发生了根本性变化。教育学科由民国时期的"学美"转向了建国初期的"仿苏"。无论是在课程设置、教材建设、师资队伍的构成,还是在教研组(室)的推广等方面,高等师范教育学科进入了一个新的发展阶段。课程改革一轮紧接着一轮,教材从改编、引进到自编,师资队伍结构呈现多元化,应用并推广新的教学组织——教研组(室)。建国初期高等师范教育学科这些发展变化为当代中国教育学科的发展奠定了基础。In the beginning of the foundation of the PRC,the nature of culture education has also undergone a fundamental change with the regime change.Education discipline changed from "learning from the United State" in the Republic of China to the "imitating the former Soviet Union" in the early days of the foundation of the PRC.Whether in curriculum,teaching materials,the composition of the teaching staff,or in the promotion of the teaching and research group(department),etc.,the disciplines of the higher teacher education have entered a new stage of development.Followed by a round of curriculum reform,the teaching materials adapted from the introduction to the self-edited,the teaching faculty structure presents diversificatin,and apply and promote the new teaching organization——the teaching and research group(department).The disciplines developments of higher teacher education in the beginning of the foundation of the PRC have made a foundation for the development of contemporary Chinese education discipline.
