小颌畸形侧貌的软硬组织相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究成人小颌畸形患者未治疗前侧貌软硬组织二者之间的相关性,并找出对软组织侧貌影响较大的硬组织指标。方法:对20例成人小颌畸形患者的数字化X线头颅侧位片进行软硬组织测量,所得数据用SPSS软件做相关性分析。结果:除Ul-NA角、Ll-NB角、LsSn-SN外,其余软硬组织指标均有与之相关的指标对应(P<0.05)。结论:硬组织面型基本决定软组织面型这一普遍观点在小颌畸形患者面部同样成立,对软组织侧貌影响最多的硬组织指标依次是:SNB角、ANB角、NPg-FH、NA-PgA、SNA角、U1-L1角。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the hard and soft lateral tissues in micrognathia patients before treatmeat.Methods：All 20 patients in this research were diagnosed to be micrognathia.The lateral X-ray cephalometric films were analyzed for the relationship between the hard and soft tissues by the SPSS software.Results：Iterns of the hard tissue were related with the iterns of the relevant soft tissue except Ul-NA Angle and Ll-NB Angle and LsSn-SN.Conclusion：The common view that the skeletal profile is the frame and basis of the soft profile of the face is also suitable for micrognathia patients.The items of the hard tissue which efected the soft proflie orderly were：SNB Angle,ANB Angle,NPg-FH,NA-PgA,SNA Angle and U1-L1 Angle.
