摘 要:跑动是人体内力与外界环境相互作用的结果。在跑动中,脚与地面接触是人体与外界环境相互作用的唯一机会,所以脚与地面的接触方式至关重要。运用文献资料、图像解析、个案研究等方法对短跑途中跑前脚掌着地、全脚掌着地、"信用卡"着地(着地瞬间脚踝压紧,脚跟与地面只有一张信用卡的距离)三种不同着地技术的运动学比较分析得出,"信用卡"着地技术缓冲时间短,支撑时间最少;着地角最大,速度的损失最小,离地角最小,重心向前性较好;前支撑阶段,有利于减少质心速度损失,后支撑阶段,加速效果最佳,是一种值得推广的短跑着地技术。In running,the only chance for the human body to interact with the environment is when the feet touch the ground.Therefore,the techniques of how to use the feet to touch the ground is crucial.The comparative study of the three touching ground techniques,namely,touching the ground with the front of the foot technique,touching the ground with sole flat and "credit card touching ground" technique.It was revealed that "credit card touching ground" technique,which was referred to the tightening of ankle the instant the sole touching the ground,with the distance between the heel and the ground as thin as a credit card,was the most effective card.It had the shortest buffering and supporting time,the lest loss of speed,the smallest angle from the ground and the biggest angle falling to the ground.It was best for reducing the loss of motion velocity during the pre-supporting stage,and for the speed-up during the later supporting time.
