摘　　要：讨论了用于软包装的镀铝膜和SiO_x镀膜，同时也讨论镀铝、镀SiO_x的工艺方法和SiO_x镀膜加工、应用。This paper discusses the properties of aluminium and silica coating of polyester films for uses asflexible packaging materials. It also describes the process for the manufacture of the coated film using aluminiumand silica and the applications of SiOx-coated film.
