摘　　要：通过对国内外创新人才培养方式方法的研究,指出了如何提升学生职业行为能力和职业自我发展能力是培养创新人才的实践内容,具有高层次、策略性、高技能就业能力是创新人才的实践目标,通过课程改革和开展创新实践团队活动是创新人才培养的突破口。This paper,through the research of foreign and domestic creative talent cultivation methods,points out that the content of creative talent cultivation practice is to improve students＇ professional ability and professional development potential;its goal is cultivate high-level,strategic and skillful professional ability and its breakthrough is to reform courses and group creative activities.
