对公安院校“双师型”师资队伍建设的思考

摘　　要：公安教育从本质上讲是一种职业教育,"双师型"教师队伍的培养是这种职业教育中的基础性工程。在公安院校招录培养体制改革的大背景下,应当充分借鉴国外警察教育的经验,通过转变观念、拓宽教师来源渠道、健全激励机制等途径强化"双师型"教师队伍建设。Public education is a kind of vocational education from the essence, so the training of ＂Double-qualified＂ teaching staff is a basic project in vocational education. In the context of the reform of recruiting and training system in the public security colleges, should fully learn fi：om foreign experience of police education, through transfering the ideas, broadening the sources of teachers, improving encouragement mechanism and other ways to strengthen the construction of ＂Doublequalified＂ teaching staff.
