摘  要:目的:探讨MR磁敏感成像(SWI)技术对颅内海绵状血管瘤的应用价值。方法 :回顾性分析15例在自旋回波(SE)序列上无阳性发现或表现不典型,加做SWI序列扫描后诊断为海绵状血管瘤患者的影像资料。结果 :15例中SE序列呈等、低、高或混杂信号,未明显显示"铁环征";增强扫描10例病灶有不规则强化,5例无明显强化;SWI序列9例完全低信号,6例在低信号中伴有点状、条状高信号,15例病灶周围均环绕较宽的低信号,呈明显的"铁环征",此外,SWI较T2WI多发现3个小出血灶。结论 :SWI序列对低流量的血管瘤和多发性小出血的敏感性较T2WI及增强扫描高,对颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断有重要价值。Objective To investigate the clinical detecting efficiency of Magnetic Susceptibility Weighted Imaging in Intracerebrale Cavernoma. Methods The findings on SE sequence in 15 patients with suspect of cavernoms performed with magnetic susceptibility weighted imaging were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fifteen lesions on SE sequence were depicted iso,hyper,hypo or hetergeneous sigal intensity.No apparent "hoop sign" could be found.On the SWI sequence,9 lesions were depicted absolutely hypointensity and 6 lesions were depicted spot,strip or mulberry hyperintense in hypointense area with obvious "hoop sign".Conclusions SWI sequence plays an important role in the diagnosis of Intracerebrale Cavernoma.
