摘 要:研究了多种混合方式对混合料均匀性的影响以及对石膏纤维板半干法生产的适应性。结果表明:3种搅拌方式适合半干法工艺生产,其中悬浮气流式搅拌负面影响较小;混合料颗粒径越大,静曲强度越低;混合料均匀性与水膏比(H/G)、木膏比(W/G)相关,可用一定义的k 值定量描述。This paper discusses blending properties of gypsum fiberboard (GFB) by semi dry process. 4 kinds of blending were examined by means of surveying the granule size of admixture, testing moisture content ( MC ), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), etc. The results showed that for semi dry process, 3 kinds of blending methods were available in which the side effects of airflow blending method was lowest. The granule size of admixture played a central part in the bending strength of GFB, the bigger the granule size of admixture, the lower MOR of GFB. The admixture homogeneity depended upon both ratio of water/gypsum ( H/G ) and ratio of wood/gypsum ( W/G ) which could be described by k function.
