摘 要:设计了基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)的超声电磁复合电机驱动控制系统。采用FPGA产生两路相位、频率可调的正弦波,经滤波和功率放大后驱动超声波电机;同时,采用FPGA产生频率、相序可调的方波,经功率放大后直接驱动步进电机。该系统充分利用单片机技术与EDA技术各自的优点,将超声波电机与步进电机驱动信号源均集成于FPGA,并配合单片机实现了对超声电磁复合电机的驱动控制。试验证明该控制器可控精度高、可靠稳定、可维护性强,有助于超声电磁复合电机系统小型化、集成化设计,具有很好的应用前景。Drive control system for ultrasonic magnetic composite motor using FPGA was designed.FPGA was adopted to emit two-way high-frequency sinusoidal voltage signals whose frequency and phase difference were adjustable.The sinusoidal voltage was used to drive ultrasonic motor after filtering and amplifying.The FPGA was adopted to emit three-way square wave voltage signals whose frequency and phase sequence were adjustable.The square voltage was used to drive stepping motor after power amplifying.The driving signals of ultrasonic magnetic composite motor were integrated in FPGA and single chip processor was used to support FPGA.The drive control system had features of high precision,efficiency,better maintainability.It was conduced to miniaturization and integration design of ultrasonic magnetic composite system and it has broad prospect in application.
