高频彩色多谱勒超声在眼内异物诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声及彩色多普勒(彩超)血流显像对眼内异物的诊断价值。资料和方法运用高频超声及彩色多普勒血流显像技术探查伤眼,回顾性分析2003～2008年经随访手术证实的33只眼内异物的声像图特征。结果 33只伤眼经彩色多谱勒检查发现异物28只,异物检出率为84.85%(28/33),其中眼内异物24只(72.7%),眼球壁异物3只(9.1%),眼眶内异物1只(3%)。结论彩超对于眼内异物的检查具有特异性的诊断价值。Purpose To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler blood flow development for intraocular foreign body. Materials and Methods Using the high-frequency ultrasound and color Doppler blood flow development to search the injured eye. The ultrasonogram features of the 33 eyes with intraocular foreign body which were confirmed by surgery from 2003 till 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 28 of 33 eyes were found the intraocular foreign bodies. The detection rate was 84.85% （28/33） , in which 24 cases with the foreign bodies intraocular （72.7%） , 3 cases with the foreign bodies in the eyeball wall （9.1%） , and intra-orbital foreign body only I case （3%） .Conclusion The color Doppler has specific diagnostic value for examination of intraocular foreign body.
