摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺癌全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)表现与C-erbB-2、ER、PR表达之间的相关性。方法:回顾性分析100例经手术病理证实为乳腺癌患者的FFDM表现,患者术前皆未行化疗或放疗,术后标本行免疫组织化学染色测定肿瘤细胞C-erbB-2、ER、PR的表达情况,并分析其与相应病灶FFDM表现的关系。结果:乳腺癌的FFDM主要征象表现为边缘形态不规则呈浅分叶或毛刺状边缘的肿块,边界模糊,瘤内或瘤旁有成簇细砂砾样钙化。乳腺癌病灶的大小、微钙化与C-erbB-2阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.01),毛刺状边缘与ER阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌的FFDM表现与分子生物学指标C-erbB-2、ER之间存在一定的相关性。乳腺癌的FFDM表现在一定程度上反映了乳腺癌细胞的生物学行为,对乳腺癌的预后评估具有重要的价值。Objective:To investigate the correlation between full-field digital mammography morphological features and C-erbB-2,ER,PR expressions of breast cancer.Methods:Data of one hundred patients with breast cancer who received preoperative FFDM and radical mastectomy were analyzed retrospectively.The relationship between mammographic morphological features and C-erbB-2,ER,PR expressions of the tumor samples detected by immunohistochemistry was analysed.None of the patients received adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy before operation.Results:Masses with rough boundaries,spiculate or shallow sublobe margin,fine sand-like calcification inside or beside the tumors were the main signs in FFDM.Tumor size and microcalcification were positively correlated with C-erbB-2 positive expression.Spiculate margin was positively correlated with ER positive expression.Conclusion:There are positive correlation between FFDM and C-erbB-2,ER expressions of breast cancer.FFDM morphological features can be an indirect detection of biological behavior of breast tumor which is important for diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.
