摘　　要：目的探讨高频电灼联合硅胶管植入术治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法对82例(85眼)泪道阻塞患者行高频电灼联合硅胶管植入术,拔管后随访1～3个月,观察泪道功能恢复情况及并发症。结果末次随访时,治愈70眼(82.4%)、好转7眼(8.2%)、失败8眼(9.4%);总有效率为90.6%。结论高频电灼联合硅胶管植入术对各种类型的泪道阻塞均有较好疗效,且操作简单、可靠、经济,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of high-frequency cauterization combined with silicone tube implan- tation on the treatment of lacrimal passage obstruction. Methods Eighty-two cases （85 eyes ） with lacrimal passage obstruction were treated with high-frequency cauterization combined with silicone tube implantation. All patients were followed up for 1 month to 3 months. The functional recovery of lacrimal passage and the complications were observed. Results After the final follow-up, it showed that the curative rate was 82.4% （70/85） , the improving rate was 8.2% （7/85）, the general effective rate was 90.6%. Conclusions High-frequency cauterization combined with silicone tube implantation might play a remarkable role in treating all kinds of lacrimal passage obstruction. This easy, reliable and economicalmethod might have great value in clinical application.
