摘　　要：对创业板上市公司来说,抵御风险确保企业经营状况的持续稳步发展,从而树立一个良好的公众形象是至关重要的,而从创业板上市公司风险防范视角来说,建立公司的绩效评价系统也是非常重要的。本文选择我国创业板计算机应用服务业的15家上市公司进行实证分析研究,引入综合评价的方法,通过计算绩效评价综合指数,构建创业板上市的计算机服务企业综合绩效评价指标体系,对完善我国创业板上市公司绩效评价提供一定的建设性意见。It is very important for the listed companies on GEM to resist risks and insure continuous and stead development of enterprise operation to set up a good public image.In addition,from the prospective of risk prevention of listed companies on GEM,it is also quite important to build the system of performance evaluation.This paper selects 15 listed companies in computer application service industry on GEM to conduct empirical analysis and brings in comprehensive evaluation and calculates composite index of performance evaluation so as to build the system of comprehensive performance evaluation for computer service enterprises that are listed companies on GEM.The paper provides some constructive opinions to improve the performance evaluation of listed companies on GEM.
