摘　　要：企业的持续发展一直是理论界及企业管理者最为关注的问题。2008年从美国开始的金融危机爆发后,各国企业均受到了较大的冲击,这种作用在全球经济一体化不断加剧的今天显得尤为突出。通过分析可以得出,受金融危机影响较大甚至破产死亡的企业主要是对外在条件依赖程度较高,而自身生存能力较弱。对那些秉持持续创新精神的企业而言,当环境处于"危"的状态,却在迎接"机"会的来临。而这种差别源自于企业创新主导力的作用。在创新主导力作用下企业发展的动能和势能不断得以提升,强健的内在生命力是企业持续发展的关键。The sustainable development of an enterprise is always an issue theory researchers and enterprise managers concern about most.The outbreak of financial crisis,which started with the United States in 2008,has brought about great impacts on the enterprises all over the world and the impacts are especially serious under the tide of global economic integration and the enterprises of all countries has suffered much.The results of analysis indicate that the enterprises that suffered from the financial crises or even failed are mainly those that are highly dependant on the external situations with weak internal viability and weaker survival ability.For those who hold continuous innovative spirits,they are posed to meet opportunities under the risky environment.The reason results from the dominant force of the enterprises＇ innovation.Driven by the dominant force of innovation,the dynamic energy and potential energy of enterprises＇ development are continuously enhanced.Strong inherent life force is the key to the sustainable development of enterprise.
