摘 要:目的探讨落葵多糖体外抗氧化活性作用。方法采用AP-TEMED体系和邻二氮菲-Fe^(2+)比色法测定落葵多糖对超氧阴离子自由基(O_2^-·)和羟自由基(·OH)的清除能力;采用比色法和TBA法测定落葵多糖生物活性对过氧化氢(H_2O_2)诱导红细胞溶血的抑制效应以及对小鼠肝组织自发性氧化的影响。结果落葵多糖具有显著清除O_2^-·和·OH作用,能抑制H_2O_2诱导的小鼠红细胞溶血,减少小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化产物丙二醛的产生(均P<0.01)。结论落葵多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性。AIM To evaluate the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Basella rubra in vitro. METHODS In the AP-TEMED and (1, 10-phenanthroline) -Fe2+ systems, the antioxidant activities of poly- saccharides from Basella rubra against superoxide radicals (O2-· ) and hydroxyl radicals ('OH) were tested. The effects of the polysaccharides on hydrogen peroxide induced hemolysis and lipid peroxidation in rat liver homogenate were determined by colorimetric method and TBA method. RESULTS Polysaccharides from Basella rubra markedly eliminated O2-· and ·OH, reduced hydrogen peroxide-induced hemolysis, and reduced malon- dialdehyde formation during peroxidation (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION Polysaccharides from Basella rubra has strong antioxidant activities.
