重性精神疾病管理项目患者住院治疗情况分析

摘　　要：目的探讨重性精神疾病管理治疗项目(简称686)开展4年来,网络内重性精神疾病患者住院治疗情况及相关因素分析。方法选择河北省重性精神疾病管理治疗网络2007-2010年登记在册的3504例重性精神疾病患者,选用686项目中的A、B表*,对入网前后城市和农村的治疗、住院人数以及经济条件贫困和较差的患者,进行统计及对比分析。结果①城市与农村示范区入网前后治疗人数比较明显增加,未治人数有所下降,通过卡方检验,结果分别为χ2=46.84,204.30,P<0.05;②经济条件贫困和较差患者住院人数入网前后比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。城市和农村比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论开展686项目,对反复住院而造成经济条件贫困和较差的患者,提高了再住院几率,以此提高重性精神疾病的治疗率,降低肇事肇祸的发生。Objective To research the treatment and its related factors in the patients who were in the network of severe mental illness treatment project which was carried out in recent 3 years（be short for 686）.Methods A total of 3504 cases of the severe mental illness were selected,who were registered among the network of mental disease management and treatment project of Hebei Province from 2006 to 2009,compared and analysed statistically by the A and B forms of 686 project on the treatment of urban and rural areas,numbers of hospitalization,and poor economic condition patients before and after accessing the network.Results ①The number of people received treatment of urban and rural＇s demonstration areas significantly increased while the number of the untreated significantly decreased by chi-square test,the results were χ2=46.84,204.30,P0.05.②The number of hospitalizations with poor economic conditions was significantly different before and after accessing the network,and it applied to the urban and rural areas（P0.05）.Conclusion With carrying out 686 projects,the re-hospitalization rate was increased in patients with poor economic condition caused by repeated hospitalization.So it improved re-treatment rates and rehabilitation opportunity of the severe mental illness patients,reduced the occurrence of the accident and trouble-making.
