摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆对患者精神状态和日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将笔者所在医院2009年12月～2010年5月收治的血管性痴呆患者56例,采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察治疗前后患者精神状态和日常生活活动能力的变化。结果采用简易智能精神状态检查量表和日常生活活动能力量表对患者的精神状态和日常生活活动能力进行评价,治疗后MMSE和ADL评分均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆能明显改善患者的精神状态和日常生活活动能力,值得临床关注。Objective To investigate the influence of donepezil hydrochloride on mental status and activities of daily living of patients with vascular dementia.Methods From December 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital,56 patients of vascular dementia were treated by donepezil hydrochloride,before and after treatment,the mental status and activities of daily living of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Simple mental state examination（MMSE）and activities of daily living scale（ADL）were assessed on mental status and activities of daily living of patients,compared with before treatment,the MMSE and ADL scores after treatment were significantly improved,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of vascular dementia can improve the mental status and activities of daily living of patients,it is worthy of attention.
