摘　　要：目的探讨根管再治疗的原因及技术方法。方法选择2007年1月～2008年1月于合肥市口腔医院口腔内科就诊的97例患者,共113颗需根管再治疗的患牙,统计其需再治疗的原因,针对原因分别进行再治疗,统计其成功率。结果 113颗患牙中92颗完成了根管再治疗并获得了临床成功,成功率为81.42%。结论通过分析原因及针对性治疗,大部分根管再治疗病例能取得较满意效果。Objective To discuss the clinical reason and explore the features and technique of endodontic retreatment.Methods 113 teeth of 97 patients who need root canal retreatment were treated,analysis the reason,then the success rate were calculated.Results 92 teeth with a success rate of 81.42% from 113 teeth were managed successfully.Conclusion Through the analysis of the reasons and the specific therapy,most cases of root canal retreatment can be achieved more satisfactory effect.
