摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、Ki67的表达与临床病理资料的关系及其表达的相关性。方法应用免疫组化SABC法,检测63例胃癌组织中KAI1/CD82、Ki67的表达,并进行比较分析。结果胃癌组织KAI1/CD82的表达与淋巴结转移、肿瘤的分级、癌组织大小显著相关(P<0.05)。Ki67表达的与胃癌分化、癌组织大小显著相关(P<0.05)。但未发现2者之间的相关性。结论 KAI1/CD82、Ki67可作为胃癌的预后指标。Objective To investigate the expression and the correlation of KAI1/CD82,Ki67 and its clinicopathological significance in gastric cancer.Methods The expression of KAI1/CD82 and Ki67 were assayed by SABC immunohistochemical methods in 63 cases of gastric cancer tissues.Results The expression of KAI1/CD82 in gastric cancer tissues significantly correlated with Lymph Node Metastasis,the stage of tumor and the measure of tumor（P0.05）.The expression of Ki67 in gastric cancer tissues significantly correlated with the stage of tumor and the measure of tumor（P0.05）.No correlation was found between the expression of KAI1/CD82 and KI67 in gastric cancer.Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and Ki67 are prognostic factors of gastric cancer.
