摘　　要：2010年,中国社会科学出版社出版了刘朴兵博士的专著《唐宋饮食文化比较研究——以中原地区为考察中心》,该著是中国饮食文化史研究的又一力作,其选题新颖、探究深入、论述详尽,并运用多学科的研究方法,对中华文明的摇篮和中国文化的核心区——中原地区的饮食文化史进行了不同时代的比较研究。该研究不仅丰富了中国饮食文化史的研究,也对中原地区饮食文化发展提供了有价值的历史参考。The monograph, Comparative Study of Tang and Song Cuisine Culture-Zhongyuan Area Based, was issued in 2010 as another masterpiece in cuisine culture history study featuring in novel topic selection, in - depth exploration, elaborate presentation, application of multiple science research methods and contrastive study of cuisine culture history in different times of Zhongyuan area which is known as the cradle of Chinese civilization and a core zone of Chinese culture. The present research not only enriches the study of Chinese cuisine culture history, but provides valuable historic references to local cuisine culture development.
