胃癌患者血清中E-钙黏蛋白表达与其生物学行为的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌患者血清中E-钙黏蛋白表达水平及其与胃癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定85例胃癌患者术前、术后及50例健康体检者血清E-钙黏蛋白含量,分析胃癌患者血清E-钙黏蛋白表达与胃癌临床生物学行为的关系。结果 胃癌组术前血清E-Cadherin水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。胃癌患者术前血清E-Cadherin水平与TNM分期、淋巴结转移、远处转移以及浸润深度密切相关(P<0.01)。结论血清E-Cadherin水平能够反映胃癌的生物学行为,可作为临床预测胃癌浸润转移潜力、监测病情的动态发展以及指导临床治疗的新肿瘤标记物。Objective To study the relationship between the serum levels of E-Cadherin and the biological behaviors of gastric cancer. Methods The serum levels of E-Cadherin were detected by ELISA in 85 cases of gastric cancer and 50 cases of healthy people to analysis the relationship between above indexes and the biological behaviors of gastric cancer. Results The serum levels of E-Cadherin were significantly higher in preoperative gastric cancer patients than those in the healthy controls （P〈0.01）. The serum levels of E-Cadherin significantly eorelated with the depth of invasion,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The serum levels of E-Cadherin is related with biological behaviors of gastric cancer. The serum levels of E-Cadherin may provide new markers for preoperative diagnosis,postoperative follow-up,monitoring of the metastasis or recurenee of gastric cancer.
