摘　　要：目的··:研究女性吸毒者家庭背景及教养方式。方法··:成组病例-对照研究。结果··:(1)吸毒组父母的文化水平低于对照组(χ2=14.95及χ2=7.08,P<0.01及P<0.05);(2)吸毒组父母的职业以工人为主,其次为个体户;(3)吸毒组父母关系紧张者的比例明显高于对照组(χ2=143.72,P<0.01);(4)吸毒人员本人与父母关系紧张者所占的比例也明显高于对照组(χ2=97.74及χ2=85.57,P<0.01);(5)吸毒组父母采用不良教养方式的比例高于对照组(χ2=273.41及χ2=266.51,P<0.01),表现为对子女关注过多,但又缺乏理解。结论··:女性吸毒者的家庭环境及父母教养方式存在许多缺憾,是导致她们吸毒的重要原因。Objective: To study female drug abusers' family background and breeding mode. Method: Case-control study method. Result: (1) Compared with the control group, education status of abusers' parents was lower(χ2=14.95, 7.08,P<0.01, 0.05);(2) most of the parents in the study group are workers, some of them are private businessmen;(3) the relationship between the parents of drug abusers was tenser (χ2=143.72,P<0.01); (4) relationship between abusers and their parents was tenser than that of the controls(χ2=97.74, 85.57,P<0.01); (5) the way of drug abusers' parents to train a child was not proper(χ2=273.41 ,266.51, P<0.01). Conclusion: Many drawbacks exist in female drug abusers' family background and breeding mode, which is an important factor to lead abusers abusing drugs.
