准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术及原位角膜磨镶术患者视网膜电图的测定

摘　　要：本研究对准分子激光角膜切削术及原位角膜磨镶术患者手术前后的视网膜电图进行测定分析。结果表明两组患者手术前后的视网膜电图差异均无显著性。由此推测，准分子激光屈光性手术中，激光切削时的冲击力及负压吸引对视网膜的功能均无显著性影响。Determination of electroretinography was performed before and after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK) and laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).The results showed that electroretinography has no significant difference between preoperation and postoperation in the two groups.It is postulated that excimer laser ablation and pressure can’t significantly affect the retinal function during PRK or LASIK procedure.
