摘 要:简述了全流稀释定容取样系统(CVS)的原理和相关计算理论,并以某汽油机为例分析了CVS系统对排气污染物测量精度的影响。结果表明,由于计算稀释系数与实际稀释倍数存在差异,导致计算所得CO2浓度与实际浓度产生理论计算误差,且CO2浓度偏离理论排气浓度越远,各排气成分的浓度计算误差越大;各排气成分的浓度计算误差随稀释倍数的增大而增大,随稀释空气中气体浓度的增大而增大。The operating principle and relevant calculation theory of full flow dilution constant volume sampling system are outlined in the paper,in which a diesel engine is taken as example to analyze the effect of CVS system on measuring accuracy of emission pollutant.The results show that theoretical calculation error exists between CO2 concentration calculated and actual concentration as a result of discrepancy of calculation dilution coefficient and times of actual volume dilution,and the further CO2 concentration deviates from theoretical emission concentration,the greater error exists in the concentration calculation of different exhaust compositions;The calculation error of concentration of different exhaust compositions increases with time of dilution,and also increases with the air concentration in diluted air.
