软化眼球在不放液视网膜复位术中的应用

摘　　要：为避免在不放液视网膜复位术中发生高眼压、继发性青光眼以及能形成理想的眼内嵴顶压封闭视网膜裂孔，我们在术中用手掌压迫眼球方法软化眼球，取得满意效果。共施行３９ 只眼，除１ 只眼因术后视网膜新裂孔形成而失败外，其余３８ 只眼均１ 次手术成功，未发生术中及术后高眼压或眼缺血。此方法安全、简单，值得推广。To avoid the elevation of intraocular pressure during the surgery in retinal detachment without drainage of subretional fluid,prevent the secondary glaucoma,and also perform a well located scleral indention which could ideally seal the retinal hole,we appled eyeball sofening by presssing eyeball with palm,and got satisfactory result.This method was applied on 39 eyes.The surgical results were excellent.Except one failure resulting from the formation of a new retinal hole,all the other 38 cases were successful with no pressure elevation and ischemia during or after the operation.This method is worth promulgating as it is both safe and easily applicable.
