摘  要:目的:探索视紫红质在鼠视网膜光化学损伤中的变化规律。方法:用微量可见紫外分光光度仪分别测定接受连续光照1 、2 、3 、4 天后以及光照1 和3 天,置暗环境恢复2 、7 、14 天后大鼠视网膜视紫红质含量的变化。结果:连续光照致视紫红质含量在光照开始的1 ~2 天内急骤下降,以后趋于平缓。在一定范围内延长光照时间可使视紫红质含量水平更为低下。光照后暗环境中其含量的恢复并非呈直线上升,在1 周左右表现为一个回落。结论:连续光照可使大鼠视网膜视紫红质含量显著减少;光照时间在一定范围内与含量水平密切相关。微量分光光度法为一种检测视网膜视紫红质含量的简便和快速的方法。In order to understand the rule of the change of the rhodopsin levels in the retinas of light damaged rat,the rhodopsin levels in the rat retinas after 1,2,3 and 4 day continuous light exposure,as well as the rhodopsin levels after 2,7 and 14 day recovery in the dark following 1 or 3 days continuous light exposure were spectrophotometrically analyzed.Following the continuous light exposure,the rhodopsin levels in rat retinas dropped dramatically within the frist 1 or 2 days,then changed slowly.In certain period of time,the longer light exposure was received,the lower rhodopsin levels in rat retinas were recoreded.As the time of recovery in dark increased,the rhodopsin levels gradually increased,and followed a drop in about one week,then continued to increase.The rhodopsin levels in rat retinas greatly decreased after continuous exposure to light,and the time of light exposure closely correlated with the rhodopsin levels in certain periode of time.It is a good way to analyze the rhodopsin levels in rat retinas simply by spectrophotometery.
