摘 要:4倍频电路广泛应用于数控机床的位置检测装置中,它可以有效地提高数控机床的定位精度。传统的4倍频电路通常用数字集成电路或SCM实现,电路结构复杂且功能单一,功耗大且实时性差,4倍频电路的控制精度和稳定性不高。该4倍频电路基于现场可编程门阵列FPGA实现,电路结构简单、功能丰富,电路的抗干扰能力强,模块功耗显著降低,有效地提高了4倍频电路的控制精度和稳定性。The four-frequency circuit is widely used in the position detection device of CNC machines,it can improve the positioning accuracy of CNC machines effectively. The traditional four-frequency circuit is usually realized with digital integrated circuits or SCM. The circuit structure is complex and the function is unitary, power consumption and poor real-time, the control accuracy and stability of the four-frequency circuit is not high. The four-frequency circuit was designed based on FPGA,the circuit structure is simple and the function is rich, the interference capability of the circuit is strong and the power consumption of the module reduces ob- viously,the control accuracy and stability of the four-frequency circuit has a effective improvement.
