中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评价中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期临床疗效。方法将120例急性缺血性脑卒中患者分为中西医结合卒中单元试验组与西医卒中单元对照组各60例,试验组在单纯西医卒中单元常规治疗的基础上早期介入中药、针灸、推拿、康复等中西医结合综合治疗方案;对照组为西医卒中单元常规治疗结合早期康复锻炼;疗程均为3周。结果两组神经功能缺损改善程度(NIHSS积分)、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)治疗后均改善,试验组改善优于对照组。结论中西医结合卒中单元治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可明显改善患者神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective：To evaluate the effect of the integrative medicine stroke unit on acute period of ischemic stroke.Methods：120 cases of acute ischemic stroke patients were divided into the integrative medicine stroke unit treatment group and the modern stroke unit control group.The treatment group was treated with the comprehensive intervention of herb,acupuncture,massage and rehabilitation on the basis of modern stroke unit standardized treatment.The control group was treated with the modern stroke unit standardized treatment only.These treatments were lasted for 21 days.Results：The NIHSS scores and the Barthel indices before treatment were superior to those after treatments in two groups.Meanwhile,these indices after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion：Integrative medicine stroke unit for acute ischemic stroke patients can significantly improve the neurologic impairment externt and the activities of daily life.
