西辽河流域水资源开发利用对策

摘　　要：文章在介绍西辽河流域概况的基础上,分析了该流域水资源开发利用方面存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了搞好这一工作应采取的措施:①科学发展,转变经济增长方式;②统筹规划,合理配置水资源;③全力挖潜,积极推行灌区节水改造;④加强保护,逐步修复水生态环境;⑤健全体系,提升综合管理能力。Based on the characteristics of Xiliao river basin,the paper analyzes the main problems of water resources development and utilization.On the basis,the paper put forward some measures to solve these problems,which are ① the scientific development to transform the mode of economic growth,②overall planning to allocate water resources rationally,③development potential to advance water-saving reconstruction of irrigation,④strengthen protect to restore water ecological environment gradually and ⑤perfect system to enhance integrated management capability.
