摘　　要：新时期高校学生工作面临着巨大挑战,明确高校辅导员的角色定位,是加强和适应当前高校学生工作的迫切需要。本文对阳光辅导员的角色定位意义和内涵进行了分析,提出了打造阳光辅导员的相关建议。In the new period, the college and students work faces great challenges, the role orientation of university counselors is the urgent need to strengthen and adapt to the present student work in universities and colleges. In this paper, the meaning and connotation of role orientation of sunshine counselors is analyzed, suggestions on making sunshine counselors are put forward.
