摘　　要：大学体育课程作为大学体育教育的一个重要环节,进行大学体育课程改革,使之适应阳光体育运动长久、持续、有效开展的需求,是当前各高校大学体育教学改革的热点。The P.E course is a key segment of the P.E teaching at colleges. To make the Sunny Sport keep permanent, sustained and working efficiently, we must take the reformation for the P.E course. And this is also a hot spot for all universities to have the reformation of the P.E teaching.
