摘  要:目的:评估钛合金和不锈钢两种不同材质微植体支抗即刻负载后的稳定性。方法:选用8只本地成年雄性犬,每只犬任选一侧上颌骨和对侧下颌骨植入钛合金和不锈钢微植体各1枚,共32枚。同颌两对应微植体间即刻加载200 g力。4周和12周时各随机处死4只实验犬,截取带微植体的骨组织块16枚,利用生物力学实验机检测微植体-骨界面剪切力。结果:各组微植体无松动、脱落、无炎症;植入微植体后的生长时间对剪切力有显著性影响,比较均数后得知12周组大于4周组(P<0.05);植入微植体的类型对剪切力有显著性影响,比较均数后得知钛合金组微植体大于不锈钢微植体组(P<0.05);微植体生长时间和类型的两因素交互作用对剪切力无显著性影响。结论:本实验钛合金微植体较不锈钢微植体更为稳定可靠,但两者作为正畸支抗均可正常行使支抗载荷功能,且随着时间延长,其稳定性更好。Objective: To evaluate the stability of titanium alloy and stainless steel mini-screw immediately after loading. Methods: One titanium alloy mini-screw and one stainless steel mini-screw were placed on one side of maxilla and the other side of mandible of eight adult male mongrel dogs at random. 200g of constant force was loaded immediately between two mini- screws in maxilla or mandible. After four dogs were sacrificed after 4 and 12 weeks, the shear strength was measured with biomechanics machine between 16 mini-screws and bone interfaces. Results: All mini-screws were stable. There were no looseness and inflammation. Significant differences in the shear force were observed with different loading time, and the shear force of 12--week group was bigger than that of 4-week group by comparing the means(P〈0.05). There were obvious differences in the shear force with different types of the mini-screw, and the shear force of titanium alloy mini-screw was bigger than that of stainless steel mini-screw by comparing the means. There were no difference in the shear force with different interactions between the loading time and the selected type of mini-screw. Conclusion: The titanium alloy mini-screw is more stable than the stainless steel mini-screw. As orthodontic anchorages, they could both keep stable and their stabilities are better along with the lengthened loading time.
