他克莫司软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:观察0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效及探讨REU评分系统应用于临床疗效评价的可行性。方法:对56例经病理诊断为口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的患者予以0.1%他克莫司软膏治疗4周,采用REU评分系统比较治疗前后临床症状和体征改善情况。结果:他克莫司软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓总有效率为80.35%,56例患者治疗前REU评分值为(21.98±6.45),治疗后为(15.03±5.47),治疗前后评分值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:他克莫司软膏治疗口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的短期疗效,REU评分系统是一种较为客观、精确的临床疗效评价方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus 0. 1% ointment in patients with OLP using REU scoring system. Methods： An open trial included 56 patients with the diagnosis of erosive and ulcerative OLP. All patients received 4 weeks of treatment of tacrolimus 0.1% ointment. Meanwhile the REU scoring system was utilized to compare the symptoms before and after treatment. Results： 45（80.35 %） patients demonstrated rapid relief of signs and symptoms within 4 weeks threapy. There was statistically significant improvement in REU score （21.98±1-6.45 vs 15.03±5.47, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Tacrolimus 0.1% ointment seemed to be an effective treatment for erosive and ulcerative OLP. The REU scoring system was objective, accurate and useful for monitoring OLP.
