酒精所致精神障碍患者肝功能异常的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨酒精所致精神障碍患者的肝功能异常情况,为临床诊疗提供实验依据。方法抽取酒精所致精神障碍患者158例为研究组,对其临床与实验室检查资料进行回顾性研究;同时抽取健康体检人群50例为对照组,以其肝功能检验结果作为对照。结果 158例酒精所致精神障碍患者中肝功能异常者为63例,占39.9%。研究组的碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);总胆红素(TB IL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰基转肽酶(GGT)升高明显,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论过量饮酒可导致精神障碍,患者常伴随肝功能异常,饮酒时间越长,日饮酒量越大,导致酒精性精神障碍和肝脏损害的比例越大。戒断治疗的同时,应采取保肝护肝措施,避免医疗事故;对过量饮酒的危害应引起社会各界关注。Objective To investigate the anomaly of hepatic function in patients with dysphrenia induced by ethyl alcohol so as to provide an experimental basis.Methods Totally 158 patient with alcohol-induced dysphrenia were enrolled as trial group and their clinical and laboratory data were analyzed retrospectively.And 50 healthy people from health check-up were recruited as the controls,and their results of hepatic function test were taken for comparison.Results Among the 158 dysphrenia there were 63 who had abnormal hepatic function,accounting for 39.9%.The level of alkaline phosphatase（ALP） was statistically higher in the trial group than in the control group（P〈0.05）;and the levels of total bilirubin（TBIL）,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase（GGT） increased statistically significantly,as compared with the control group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion Excessive drinking can lead to dysphrenia,and the patients usually have the anomaly of hepatic function.The longer the period of drinking is and the more the amount of drink daily is,the larger the percentage of alcohol-induced dysphrenia and hepatic damage is.The measurement for protecting the liver needs to be taken as the withdrawal treatment is given so as to avoid medical incidences.The harms of excessive drinking should be pay attention to from all fields of the society.
