摘  要:为解决木质纤维结构对互花米草厌氧发酵过程的抑制作用,提出了氨真空预处理的方法。在氨水体积分数为10%,真空度分别为0.03 MPa和0.06 MPa的条件下对互花米草进行预处理,然后在35℃,挥发性固体(VS)质量分数为6%的条件下对预处理后的原料进行批量厌氧发酵试验。FTIR、UV和XRD分析结果表明,该预处理方法可以有效促进木质素和纤维素无定型区的降解。批量发酵试验结果表明,在36 d的发酵时间内,真空度为0.06MPa和0 03 MPa处理组的累积产气量分别达到了 136.3 mL/gVS和110.1 mL/gVS,比对照组的99.5 mL/gVS分别提高了36%和11%。VFAs分析结果表明,该处理方法可以提高互花米草的水解产酸速度,从而提高发酵液中VFAs的浓度。The present paper has brought about a renovated pretreatment method of combination of ammonia soakage with vacuum processing (CASV) to improve the anaerobic digestion of Spartina alterniflora, a kind of lignoccllulosic material Batch experiments for anaerobic digestion of pretreated S. aherniflora under the conditions with ammonia concentration of 10% (V/V) and vacuum of 0.03 MPa and 0.06 MPa have been performed at the temperature of 35 ℃ with the initial volatile solids (VS) of 6% , and raw S. aherniflora has been digested as the control. Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy study results show that the intensity of the lignin-associated band at 1 510 cm - 1 and 1 600 cm- 1 tend to decrease 31% and 35 % as well as 13 % and 16% respectively rafter the samples were treated in vacuum condition of 0.06 MPa and 0.03 MPa compared to the control. Meanwhile, X-ray diffractometry (XRD) study results indicate that for the samples treated at vacuum of 0.06 MPa and 0.03 MPa, the crystallinity index turned to be 0.635 and 0.64l, respectively, that is, an increase by 19.8% and 13.7% compared with 0.530 of the control. In addition, the ultraviolet (UV) spectra study results demonstrate that at 280nm the absorption of the liquid gained by dissolving the S. aherniflora treated at vacuum of 0.06 MPa and 0.03 MPa respectively turned to be 1.197 and 1. 122, an increase by 4.7 times and 4.4 times compared with the 0.254 of the control. Thus, it can be concluded by the study of the structure that CASV helps to promote the digestion of lignin and amorphous cellulose. Resuits of anaerobic experiments show that during the 36 days of digestion the cumulative biogas yields for the samples pretreated at vacuum of 0.06 MPa and 0.03 MPa tend to reach 136.3 mL/gVS and 110.1 mL/gVS, respectively, that is, an increase by 36% nd 11% compared with the 99.5 mL/gVS achieved in the control experiment.
