摘　　要：利用胶乳凝集试验对湖北省不同地区的水牛血清进行了东方巴贝斯虫的血清流行病学调查。结果表明, 在流行区血清学检查阳性率为71-74 % , 在非流行区仅为1-19 % 。统计学检查结果表明, 流行区内不同地区间东方巴贝斯虫感染率无差异, 随着年龄的增加, 阳性率逐渐升高。利用一数学公式对这次调查结果进行分析后认为, 该流行区为稳定的流行区。对流行区应采取的防治措施进行了讨论。Serum was examined by means of latex agglutination test to investigate the Babesia orientalis infection status of water buffaloes in Hubei Province.Positive rate of water buffaloes in epidemic and non epidemic areas was 74 33% and 1 79% respectively.No significant differences in infective rate of B.orientalis in water buffaloes have been found among different areas in epidemic areas.Positive rate was increased with age.The results were analyzed by using mathematical model and indicated these areas were a stable situation.Then control methods were suggested.
