白内障术后角膜内皮炎11例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨白内障术后角膜内皮炎的临床表现及治疗。方法:收集白内障术后确诊为角膜内皮炎患者11例,采用皮质类固醇和抗病毒药物联合治疗,观察疗效并进行随访。结果:全部患者均获得治愈,随访6mo,无1例复发。结论:白内障术后角膜内皮炎的病因可能和自身免疫或病毒感染有关,可联合使用皮质类固醇及抗病毒药物获得治愈。明确诊断和及早治疗是防治关键。AIM：To investigate the clinical manifestations and therapy of patients suffering from corneal endotheliitis after PHACO cataract surgery.METHODS： Eleven cases （11 eyes） after PHACO cataract surgery were diagnosed with corneal endotheliitis according to the clinical manifestations. Antiviral agents and corticosteroids were used. All cases were observed and followed up.RESULTS： All the eleven cases were cured through treatment. The follow-up results showed no recurrence in 6 months.CONCLUSION： The topically and systemically use of enough antiviral agents and high-dose corticosteroids is effective in corneal endotheliitis.
